PP (Polypropylene) corrugated, also known as corrugated plastic sheets, fluted PP sheets, or Coroplast, are versatile and durable materials made from polypropylene resin. PP corrugated is used in a variety of applications including packaging for consumer products, plastic parts for various industries including the automotive industry, and special devices like living hinges, and textiles.

PP board is durable. It has a lot of colours, thicknesses and sizes, from small to large boards. With this PP corrugated board, Plusfoam can design and produce the partitions and boxes, based on the size requested by the customers.

Characterized by their lightweight structure and corrugated, ribbed design, these sheets offer a unique blend of strength, durability, and flexibility, making them suitable for a wide range of applications across various industries.

In packaging, PP corrugated sheets are used to make boxes, dividers, and packaging inserts for the transportation and storage of various products. Overall, PP corrugated sheets offer a versatile and cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications, providing a lightweight, durable, and highly customizable material that is resistant to water, chemicals, and UV light. With this PP corrugated board, Plusfoam can design and produce the partitions and boxes, based on the size requested by the customers.

The PP boxes range from small to large, depending on the customer's needs, and can be used in a variety of colours and styles. In the electronics industry, they are used to protect sensitive electronic components during transportation and storage. PP corrugated boxes offer several advantages over traditional cardboard boxes. They are lighter in weight, making them easier to handle and transport. They are also more durable, withstanding rough handling and extreme weather conditions without damage. PP corrugated boxes are also resistant to moisture, oil, chemicals, and UV light, making them ideal for use in harsh environments.

PP corrugated partitions are made from two layers of flat polypropylene sheets with a series of alternating ribs and valleys in between, forming a strong and rigid structure. The sheets are then heat welded together to create a seamless partition with edges that are resistant to moisture and water. PP partition is designed based on the size of the products given by the customers. This partition is put inside the box to divide the area but is also used to protect the products, such as electronics, from hitting and damaging each other while getting delivered.

Key Characteristics of PE Film:

  1. Durability: PP corrugated sheets are known for their resistance to impact, moisture, and chemicals, making them a long-lasting option for both indoor and outdoor applications.

  2. Lightweight: Despite their durability, these sheets are surprisingly lightweight, which facilitates easy handling, shipping, and installation.

  3. Flexibility: They can be cut, shaped, and folded into various forms without losing their structural integrity, allowing for creative and practical applications.

  4. Environmental Resistance: PP corrugated sheets withstand environmental elements like water, most chemicals, and UV exposure, ensuring their performance in a range of conditions.

  5. Reusable and Recyclable: These sheets are both reusable and recyclable, which contributes to their eco-friendly profile.

  6. Hygienic: The non-porous surface prevents contamination, making these sheets suitable for use in food-related applications or any scenario where hygiene is a priority.
